Case Study: Pork Farms Bowyers - Steam Extract Canopy
Pork Farms Bowyers as part of a major factory refurbishment engaged Penmann's services in the design and installation of all the HVAC services. One particular aspect being steam extraction generated during cooking process.
Penmann supplied and installed a 12m long stainless steel exhaust canopy. The canopy is designed to prevent any condensation dripping back into the process. The lights are flush mounted and the condensate catch trays are located all around the perimeter and below the exhaust outlets.
