Last year we reported on Andy’s achievement in the Endure 24 event at Bramham Park. No mean feat. This August he’s gone one better – always pushing the boundaries and seeking new challenges – a bit like the team at Penmann.

Andy ran in the Dales Way Ultra – Bowness to Ilkley running event – leaving Ilkley in a bus with other runners and heading to Bowness for the start of the 80+ miles of running. He completed in just 23 hours which included a shower and meal break to restore the equilibrium. The temperature that weekend was around 30 degrees, making this achievement even more exceptional.

He said the hardest part was on arrival back at Ilkley when he had to drive himself home! Sleep deprived he recovered on the Sunday and was back with the Penmann team on Monday supporting the sales effort and keeping our expansion and growth plans very much on track.
