Whether you’re a new enquirer contacting us for the first time or you’re already a valued customer, contractor or supply partner, we want to welcome you to our business and direct your call in the best possible manner.

Penmann’s office manager is normally your first point of contact and part of the DNA of this role is a strong customer service ethic that ensures you receive the very best impression of Penmann from the outset.

Step forward our Office Manager, Judith Lodge who has joined the Penmann team. Judith has worked for many years in PA and Office Manager roles in both the public and private sectors. She knows all too well the importance of that first impression of a business that forms the start of a positive experience that will boost a customer’s confidence in our service and expertise.
She has experience in all aspects of office management, including front line reception, HR, Health & Safety and Accounting and now brings that experience to Penmann to support the Directors and the team. She is also a keen baker, regularly using us as guinea pigs for new recipes! Welcoming Judith to our team!
