Pushing ourselves out of our comfort zones

Snow

How often can we say that we really do this? The latest recruit to the Penmann team makes a special point of tackling what some would call extreme sports and activities. Did this help Jason Perry get his job as Project Manager? It certainly played a part in reaching the decision to bring him on board this June.

Jason has over 10 years of practical experience under his belt working in a variety of industry sectors. He completed an HNC course in Building Services Engineering and has worked across Europe establishing bespoke solutions as well as standard practices to be rolled out throughout one of Europe’s premier leisure brands. Perhaps this is where his inspiration for sky diving, para gliding, alpine mountaineering and trekking to Machu Picchu in the Andes derives from?!

Jason’s role at Penmann involves the day to day management and organisation of projects with particular attention paid to the correct implementation of the project design and adherence to pre-agreed cost parameters.

With a constant eye for detail and compliance, coupled with good people skills when dealing with clients he makes a point of continuously developing and establishing new skills – as well as looking for that next extreme challenge!
