John Kirwin will represent Penmann at the SDT Conference this March.

“Seems I’ll be putting my ‘speaking’ hat on again as I represent Penmann at The Society of Dairy Technology (SDT) Spring Conference, heading off to Weston-Super-Mare for my slot on 21st March.

We will also have a stand in the exhibition area which will be perfect for a deeper knowledge exchange and networking.

As it’s also the first day of Spring I will enjoy the opportunity to breathe in some sea air whilst being part of this prestigious conference!

Founded in 1943, the SDT is at the forefront of the dairy and food industries in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland. The Society has a strong purpose of advancing professional development and recognition through knowledge transfer and networking.

It’s an honour to be invited to present and my topic is ‘Benefits of Rapid cooling on yoghurt and fermented creams’.

Penmann’s experience in Dairy cooling technology with inline and static cooling systems for major producers, is extensive. We also have our excellent partnership with the French Global business, Clauger, manufacturers of the patented Rapid Cooling Cell “
