Taking inspiration from world class speakers at BEF 2019

It’s good to remind ourselves why we take time out of the office to attend training and conferences. The Directors attended the 7th Business Excellence Forum in April which delivered yet more than we had anticipated during two days of insights, camaraderie and inspiration. It also reinforced Penmann’s policy of continual improvement in terms of leadership and growth coaching. Our chosen partners are ActionCOACH, the world’s most successful business coaching organisation.

Our own Coach @StuartJohnson invited us along to Telford where a packed programme of highly qualified speakers was headlined by ActionCOACH Founder and Chairman Brad Sugars who is recognised as the world’s number1 business coach. This is not the first time we’ve heard @BradSugars speak and he is adept at adapting single minded business strategies and presenting them in different ways each time he takes to the stage. His personal 25+ years experience includes running or investing in over 50 businesses.

It was also an opportunity to hear @SirCliveWoodward talk about ‘Creating Winning Teams’ based on his role as England’s World Cup winning Rugby coach and Team GB’s Director of Elite Performance for the 2008 and 2012 Olympics. Insights from his career as a businessman, athlete and coach were fascinating.
So we returned to Penmann motivated and inspired and ready to nail our next success!
