Damian joined the business in 1984 so he’s had over 35 years developing his role and accumulating experience to deliver an INCREDIBLE 1000+ successful projects for our clients.
His daily role is primarily design orientated and he’s heavily involved in the development of practical solutions to clients’ challenges. As MD, Damian leads the team – a small tight knit team – that responds to strong guidance and leadership. This shows in the motivation and dedication of individuals and is now delivering unprecedented growth and new opportunities that we would not have thought possible a few years ago.
