Topical task for our recent Team Engagement Challenge

Our Team Engagement programme involves a really varied assortment of tasks and challenges and this month’s was no different!

The brief was to build the Eiffel Tower out of pasta and marshmallows.  The only rules were that it had to be recognisable as the Eiffel Tower and it had to stand unsupported.

Team John, Andy Hinch, Vidula, Colin, Mat & Lynda were victorious on this occasion as they managed to produce a structure that was deemed considerably more Eiffel Tower-esque in appearance than the other teams!

Always a pleasure and a great way to spend a lunch hour with colleagues, finding out how individual skills contribute to a successful outcome.

That’s what we do at Penmann in fact!
