Jenni joined us towards the end of 2023 as Admin Assistant working alongside our Office Manager Judith Lodge. Since then she has dropped effortlessly into a role that demands attention to detail and an intuitive approach as the pace of business at Penmann is brisk, bringing with it varied demands on us all.

Without the discipline of the back room in any business it’s our experience that the wheels can come off easily.

Jenni’s presence steadies the ship and helps keep the office running smoothly; she assists with accounting and financial tasks, pestering us for our time sheets and expenses and is assisting with the setting up of new enquires and new quotation on our systems.

Sitting down to discuss her first few months she said her time at Penmann is definitely opening her eyes to the Engineering world!

Before joining Penman, Jenni worked for over 13 years for Jet2.com as Air Cabin Crew and then, as part of the Reception and Admin team. Experience gained at a doctor’s surgery helping with the Covid vaccination programme, preceded a spell at a solicitor firm specialising in family law.
