It’s hard not to avoid a look back at the past year when the dawn of another new year takes place!

There’s been a host of good things and successes to recognise and remember and a handful of less good things to learn from and adjust to going forward.

The good things for Penmann in 2023 included us winning the biggest contract in our history – which is possibly also the biggest contract of its kind in our UK market sector.

Partnering with suppliers and contractors and integrating them into our team has undoubtedly paid out massive dividends – enabling us to reach places and secure opportunities that may never have been available to us before.

Each person in our team has a voice that they use to improve what we do and push us even further forward. Our team has worked their socks off – literally. We’ve grown to 15 (plus external consultants) and we are now struggling for space – a good problem to have we think.

Our client reviews continue to smash all records for consistency, advice, expertise, on time delivery, adherence to budget and repeat business.

Less good has been the lack of progress in halting the war in Ukraine – JOhn Kirwin spearheads Penmann’s support of the charitable events that raise funds for this cause and we have held many in 2023. We will also continue our charitable and volunteering programme to help those here and overseas who are less fortunate than us.
