Building Bridges in our latest Team Engagement Challenge

‘Variety is the Spice’ of our Team Engagement programme! Our most recent event again focused on working together in 2 teams to solve a problem or puzzle and come up with a robust solution.

The brief for this one was to build a bridge – simple enough!

Points were awarded for aesthetics (a draw) but then each bridge was loaded until it collapsed. The winner was the PCS triangular bridge by a narrow margin.

Proceedings as ever were helped along with baking by Judith featuring a batch of rhubarb flapjack this time around. Great time spent over a lunch break- discovering more about each other and bringing out the competitive side of many! Looking forward to the next challenge already.
