Companies often forget in the cut and thrust of the business world that the customer is ‘King’ and that your satisfaction is everything. Fact: Satisfied customers come back for more and tell others about their great experience. At Penmann we have for the last 20 years implemented a contract review of all projects, sitting down with our customers to review our performance and take on board any changes that may be needed for future projects. This review is then shared internally to ensure that we maintain and improve our high standards.

Part of the review process involves obtaining customer satisfaction levels across each aspect of our service delivery. We are pleased to report that we score on average between 80-90% satisfaction levels. (There always needs to be room for improvement!).
