No rules or tradition just creative unconventional thinking!

That’s what we aim to do with our Team Engagement sessions at Penmann. Judith Lodge, our Office Manager and ‘IC Penmann Team Engagement’, cooked up a particularly tough challenge for us (think she does it on purpose!) during which the answers were in pictures and not in words in a Photographic Treasure Hunt.

No competition, just teamwork using observation, communication, a bit of lateral thinking and thinking outside the box as well as a nice stroll in the sunshine.

Creative submissions did result but observation may need working on! Why? Judith was wearing the ring with a coloured stone but the diamond ring image submitted by JOhn’s team was deemed sufficiently inventive!
