We’ve had a policy of supporting our customers in the field throughout the past year – whatever the restrictions and challenges. We’ve been carrying on with upgrades and new installations and we’re able to do this through careful planning and by working closely with client teams, producing rigorous risk assessments and method statements ensuring everybody’s safety.
At the sharp end of our onsite supervision is Jason Perry, Project Engineer, whose maxim is ‘stay flexible and adaptable’. Not just in respect of the challenges of working in live environments so that unnecessary down time is avoided; but also rising to the current challenges and managing the knock on effects of Covid and Brexit within our partners supply chains. It’s impressed upon him how critical it is to be even more adaptable to keep thing running smoothly.
