Penmann – great teamwork at our Sports Day

The garden and outside space at Highfield was the perfect location for our latest Team Engagement get together. This time Judith had devised an event with a ‘Sports Day’ theme. We split into 2 teams (with only a couple of people missing due to onsite commitments). Everyone got into the swing of things amongst which were egg and spoon and 3 legged races plus a throwing/nearest the flag competition and finally the Tug o’ War. In the final shake up Damian’s Team seemed to come out on top!

Forty minutes spent together, a lot of laughter, some cake and back to the business of the day.

Launched back in May to formalise the way we engage with each other the Team Engagement programme, under the management of Judith our Office Manager, is designed to improve problem solving and group dynamics. As well as to have some fun!

In September the entire team heads for the Lakes with partners for team bonding and enjoyment, to hike and enjoy the splendour of the scenery. We suspect Judith has a tricky challenge up her sleeve for us!
