Penmann Team Away Weekend

On Friday 29th September we headed off to Helmsley, North Yorkshire, where we all congregated for dinner and overnight at the beautiful old Black Swan Hotel.

The occasion was our annual Team Away Weekend for Penmann personnel, partners and close Associates. It’s the highlight of our Team Engagement programme which is central to our values and the development of our people and therefore our business,

John Kirwin commented: “When I look at the images of our team interacting over dinner and the next morning during the walk (which sadly I was unable to attend due to an unscheduled dismount from my mountain bike!) I can genuinely conclude that everyone gets on well, that we enjoy each other’s company and care for each other’s welfare. From this, productive, trusting relationships between colleagues have developed.

For me it’s no coincidence that our business has moved forward in ways we would have been hard pressed to imagine. New contracts from new and current clients and, as a result, we have recruited 2 more great people to join our team.

My thanks to Judith lodge for organising the whole thing and I’m looking forward to seeing what she comes up with next!”

Only 2 of our team were absent due to holiday commitments. We hope they will be with us next year.
