We are all increasingly as individuals ‘doing our bit’ for the environment. Whether that’s local recycling of our rubbish, improvement of our carbon footprints through energy choices we make, planting more trees or, more through a growing sense of ‘we need to do something about all of this together’.
We feel the same at Penmann. All of us in the business, as well as the team. That’s why we’ve made the decision to better understand the environmental impact of our operations, to become a sustainable business force and to work towards supporting a safer environmental future for everyone.
To do this we need to challenge everything we do environmentally that affects not just us but our clients as well.
The landscape we work in has huge challenges with regards to the environment and when clients work with us they will know they are dealing with an environmentally aware company that cares and supports.
We are formalising our programme working with Green Element, an Environmental Management Consultancy with over 20 years of experience. They are helping us to understand the environmental impact of our operations, then to design and implement bespoke sustainability solutions. More as we progress.
