We’ve just completed our annual look back at Penmann’s achievements of last year, reviewing the many highs in our 2022 calendar. We are pleased to confirm it’s been another good one.
Of particular note in the 2022 performance review are the three E’s:
The team expands further due to new contracts won and additional work from current customers.
We put a toe in the water taking a Stand at PPMA Total Show not really knowing what to expect. Still working through the enquiries we generated, meeting new contacts and quoting for work. Amazing response.
Our people are our greatest asset. We nurture and train everyone to help them grow professionally and personally. In 2022 we formalised this creating our Team Engagement programme with events where we problem solved, raised money for charity, socialised and got to know each other better. The results are speaking for themselves.
Thanks go to the Penmann team at Highfield for another great year. Also to our wider support partners and contractors out in the field including Altrigen, YTL, Alcumus, Lyndon Associates Marketing and ActionCoach, plus all our loyal customers and associates, who support us consistently at Penmann – a massive thanks to everyone.
